- 4.Once received and inspected, we will process your refund

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including return shipping.
